Lovely newly renovated cottage by the creek. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with out door shower and 🛶 canoeing on site in a private backyard. Enjoy barbecuing and game of cornhole with friends and family. Sit by the creek and enjoy wildlife. The 2 Bedroom 2 bath is perfect for a getaway.

We are close to major highways and close to many restaurants, vassar college , culinary and Marist colleges are 7-15 minute drive.
We are close to wineries and many golf courses as well.

Summary: it smelled very bad, it was dirty,it doesn't have what the website says, it doesn't have enough sheets for the people they say fit in the house, there is horrible heat in the living room and dinning room, this have a small and cheap fan

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Poughkeepsie. It is close to so many sites. When we arrived at the house the bed linens had not been changed. The floor was dirty in the bathroom. I walked right into a spiderweb in the master bedroom. Then started noticing spiders all over the home! I contacted Chris or whoever answers the text messages. She brought over clean sheets and detergent. I noticed pet hair all over the "clean" sheets and had to wash them as well. The dishwasher door was falling off and left water all over the floor. They said they would come by the next day and check it out. After they said it was working, I loaded it, started it, and noticed soap running out onto the floor. The listing says it had air conditioning. IT WAS HOT! Two days later I asked to have the "window unit" brought in and installed while we were out. The two window units were installed and a floor air conditioner was brought and installed. They did not help very much. I could go on and on and on about the property but I won't. Chris (or whoever it was answering my messages) did refund us the cleaning fee and a little extra for the inconvenience. I was very upset the entire visit. Didn't sleep because of the heat and bugs. The owner needs to spray regularly and explain in their listing NOT central air conditioning. That will keep the next family from having the same experience. And make sure the home is COMPLETELY CLEANED.

Summary: Close to everything but private. Great place to stay with my little family and little dog . Everything that you need is there for a comfortable stay!!

Summary: We had 4 adults, 1 dog and 1 baby and the house was absolutely perfect for us. Comfortable beds, clean house, roomy bathrooms, large backyard to walk the dog, parking for 2 cars without needing to maneuver around each other, comfortable seating in the living room and dining room. Convenient location near lots of shops. We had such a pleasant stay and the communication was fast and easy. Will absolutely stay here again

Summary: Our entire stay was excellent. Dr. Patel & Chris were very responsive and encouraged me to reach out if I had any questions and/or issues. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and the entire house was as pictured. The location is beautiful and peaceful with the stream adding to the lovely fall views. I highly recommend and look forward to my next opportunity stay at this property. Thank you!
